Something of a didgeridoo hangs heavy in the air as disparate sounds form an atmosphere that’s more than a little unnerving, such is the menace of things. It’s not long, though, before things take on more of a thigh-slapping, party-starting catchiness as muffled keys open an analogue dialogue between melody and rhythm.
