Paul Rose AKA Scuba appears as SCB for the first original release under this new moniker.  SCB-001 is a single: side a “20_4” and side b “3_5”. This project serves as Scuba’s techno outlet. He brings the hissing and crunching textures, the harmonic structure that languidly floats through time, the crackle of spilling percussion sounds, from his dub-step experience and applies these concepts to a faster bpm and straight kick drum.
