PP027 - Masuki "Vix" Prosthetic Pressings - TECHNO *includes remixes from Edit Select, Terence Fixmer & Perc!
For our latest release, Prosthetic Pressings offers to you a brand new one from German producer Masuki. This release was created shortly after the artist called it quits with his then lady friend Vicki (hence the title "Vix") and it has since taken on a life of it's own growing from a 3 track EP into a monster of a release.
What will you find here? Well...there are the 3 very well crafted originals plus 3 extraordinary remixes. First up, Edit Select (aka Tony Scott) delivered a very moody and mesmerizing builder of a mix which is all about the tension he creates over the length of the track. The Terence Fixmer remix is a very strong version, but upon each listen you'll continue to hear more and more details and if you have the pleasure to hear this one on a big system, watch out for the hidden gems in the low end. Rounding out the package is UK techno don, Perc who let the beast out of the cage and completely destroyed everything around him with a very powerful and sublime mix like only he can do.
